WHO ARE WE?

The Tasmanian Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast Committee is made up of volunteers who are committed to bringing together like-minded people from across Tasmania to pray for our State, our leaders, parliamentarians, businesses, schools, communities and community organisations, our families, youth and children.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, we collect personal information from you through the use of inquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us your details. To purchase tickets to attend the Tasmanian Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast, you are required to submit and register personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username, email and phone number and your credit card information to process ticket payments. These fields are marked on the registration screen with a red asterisk.

All data entered into the ticket registration page is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected, as long as we have your permission to keep it. Your credit card details are not visible to any members of the organising committee and are not stored after payment is processed. Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments

You have the option to supply and register your Address, Organisation/Business Name, and Church details which is used to help seating plans and can also be used for statistical purposes and to aid strategic development.

Our site uses analytics services provided by Google. Website analytics refers to a set of tools used to collect and analyse anonymous usage information, enabling us to better understand how our site is used. This, in turn, enables us to improve our site and the products and/or services offered through it. You do not have to allow us to use these cookies, however, whilst our use of them does not pose any risk to your privacy or your safe use of our site, it does enable us to continually improve our site, making it a better and more useful experience for you.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN COMMITTEE MAKE-UP CHANGES?

From time to time, committee members resign and new members are added. New members have access to the list of registered names in order to carry out responsibilities and members who resign are removed having access to the website and the payment processes.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. The Tasmanian Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

We will not share your data with any third parties for any purpose.

Our website includes sponsorship information and links to external websites. If you click on a link, no personally identifiable information will be transmitted to the sponsor.
